Volunteering at Vancouver Startup Week 2025 is a rewarding opportunity to support innovation and connect with the vibrant startup community. To ensure a smooth and impactful experience, we seek enthusiastic and service-oriented volunteers who are ready to contribute meaningfully to our events.
Volunteer Responsibilities
Assist in various tasks including attendee check-in, signage setup, greeting guests, and supporting operations at VSW Headquarters.
Customer Service Skills
Volunteers should be friendly, approachable, and ready to support attendees with a positive and welcoming attitude.
Light Lifting Ability
Some roles require the ability to carry lightweight items such as signage, banners, or event supplies.
Comfortable Walking Short Distances
Many tasks involve navigating short distances between venues and helping guide attendees throughout downtown Vancouver.
Flexibility and Readiness
Be prepared to stand for extended periods and step in where help is needed during events.
